Seems that field visits most often follow much office study of materials provided, so the fact that two or more counter parties to CAs have paid site visits suggests very serious interest, quite beyond just scientific curiosity.  Moreover, I would also assume they have been vetted, and are fully capable of funding LBSR needs quite beyond just the phase one drilling.
