Follow the Money.  Finance houses, Money lending People will put their Dollars exactly where they see that their is a need and that their money will goto the most pressing needs that will "GIVE BACK" the highest most likely return.  For some reason they think it is just Electric cars and Li batteries and when they can get lined up at the table throwing the DICE the hardest at the biggest bumbers, well then they are now rolling and stacking up chips from these two industries.  That it seems that this sector will be EXPLODING going forward,well realty check seems that they are overwhelmingly OCCUPIED with making money in Cars with Li batteries and that Uranium "CRAP" table has'nt been throwing very many rolls at the biggest bumper at the Uranium table, and that is pretty crappie for that sector, VERY.  But lets move up the road to 2020 when the demand for electricity will be an either "sink or swim" factoid for the ENERGY SECTOR and if they do not dig in with the highest investments it will be a MAJOR TRAFFIC JAM on the LA Freeway on a 24 hour basis as all of their battery driven autos will have dead batteries and the same will be happening accross all major roads in the developed countries, all of them and a bear MKT in the Energy sector will kill electric cars.  However if they can ignore the sector long enough they will be able to price manipulate their prices via the creation of the shortage or the lack there of of infrustructure for the delivery of ENERGY in a major dispersion accross the "transportation grid". Putting the Bear to work is a great tool for financial houses in that the roadblocks are easier to overcome via the manipulation via shortages, CLUE, people are more inclined to pay a bit more for any product as long as a void is filled to meet a need.  For some reason lots of motorists think that gowing to work is a necissity or as going to the grocery stor or the bank on friday.  Notice that we are not hearing a lot of rumbles about the looming shortages of POWER for these Battery driven autos.  Maybe energy would be a great place to put your greenbacks,yen,pesos,yes!  IMO: "U 308" Could become KING in that sector if pressure to awaken the energy sector "BEAR" occurs, and IMO agin that is likely to happen.  Just be very pickie about your choices.
