First the "We the People" need to develope what should be called the "Au Backbone Policy for fiscal accountability in the entire properties and territories of the USA".  Simply said is that we the people stand up and demand the GOLD STANDARD be enacted on an immedieate time basis days not weeks months or years!  This could be on an emergency measures act and GOLD would be out BOSS in about 7 bussiness days.  Game on for me.
