I don't think you bring up subjects or questions that would qualify you as a basher.  I will, however, defend the company for failing to respond to your question. 

Please understand that all public companies walk a fine line between what releases are informational and what are promotional.  Too much focus on what could be called promotional releases/commentaries, and they get their hand slapped by the SEC.

While what constitutes "too much" is debatable, the debate is best avoided as the PR fallout can be quite damaging.  Hence, what appears sometimes as backing off from earlier statements.

Others may see this differently, but there's my two pfennigs.
