O.k., after further reading, this looks like a given, and much more ambitious that I was thinking we would see.  Addressing someone else's concerns, this has no direct consequences for LBSR.  But the implication is that we will see similarly ambitious redesignations in Arizona regarding Ironwood National Monument, which does effect LBSR - regarding Silverbell claims -, and the larger Sonoran Desert National Monumement, which does not. 

There will continue to be resistance, of course, but I think the president has the authority make these changes, and the precident (thanks to McKinley?).
