"Wonder if they could be interested on funding $1million drill program?"

According to their Web site, one million US dollars is the top of their range.  Given that the risks in exloration-phase mining are far higher than about anything else, I would guess not.  Were I in their position, I would be putting higher amounts of funds into those ventures where risks can be better measured from available facts. 

Hay Mountain remains pretty much a blind target, or more of a crap-shoot compared to other types of investments from this source.  ...at least in my opinion.
