Their budget is very conservative and yet get lots of pps apprecieation. They are now going into phase 2 also which is a conservative phase 2 moneywise.  The public decry to this is (LOL) but impressive at the same time as well just watch and see.  So could JB&BOD moderate or could hae moderated such a low cost shallow drill depth Phase1?  If that answer is a yes then why not already!
