I agree.  Where we part company is in the value of having exchanges with those whose motives are clearly and exclusively in the direction of damaging the company.  ..or is that what you mean by "bad board"? 

I do not believe that message board postings have much of anything to do with share prices, as these kinds of boards are not the reference, or even the casual reference for the types of investors who can move markets and change trends, though there are those who make a living out of persuading paying clients that a need for their messaging exists.  ...and maybe it does from time-to-time, but I prefer to give it no credence what-so-ever.

Differences of opinion make the world go 'round, and I certainly respect yours either way.  What you offer is always educated, supportable, and presented with gentility.
