Combining Classic Mineral Exploration with State of the Art Technology
By the way, does not the current status of certain exploration/exploitation righs within National Monuments constitute inverse condemnation, opening the govenment to liability for not having compensated such as LBSR at Silverbell for the taking of rights without having provided just compensatoin?
Seems to me that when the governments allows mining claims to stand, but blocks access to the property, that is a masked form of condemnation inviting a law suite for inverse condenmention.
If these kinds of blocks are not corrected by Trump, I expect that a lot of these these types of claim/permit holders will join in a class action that will be very costly to the government. Should they win, the unfortunate outcome will be no recovery of what could have been, only costs and loss of interest to date.
...just the way I see it.
