Not that i am wishing the worst on anybody but these storms have created great carnage in each of these States.  Would it be right to just let them all suffer and not put in place a means for these damaged States to Rebuild.  If we took a vote i would say the yeas get it to rebuild all of the damages which Mother nature has razed upon what would be an area much larger than the destruction of a War zone.  No doubt in my mind that duty calls to restore to an even more and greater presence of infrustructure that would last for centuries ahead of us.  That is if we get the JOB!  Right now my guess is throwing 1 or 2 TRILLION $,s at ever need may just get the job done at a minimulally acceptable level.   Just my guess, but one thing i know for certain it will take MOUNTAINS of MINERIALIZATION  to make even as i said the minimal recovery.  CARS, HOUSEs, YACHTS, BOATS, PLANES, ELECTRIC GRID spreads, RAIL BEDS (recertification from water invasion), Airports and substations to be totally rebuilt.  Sounds like the only way to describe a re-build would be ANON and ANON and on and on.  HOPEFULLY we can get on the fast track with American owned and based Companies and Corporations , MOM&POPs all pitching in to getherrdone.  Perhaps when we get the AMERICAN MACHINE up and running agin this time we wont FARM it out to everybody else on the Planet and keep our own to care for our own here!  The rebuilding will be a big boost to the construction sector and no doubt copper and a sundry of the metals, likely to be a bigger cause of advancing and exhausting the already in short supply side of these ore's, as 2020 is too long to wait for the re-building of these now impoverished States, of which i need to ad Louisana here to that list!
