Willy, thanks for re highlighting that information.  I often read these things too quickly.

Applying Logic (from college-level Philosophy 101), one has to interpret "We have signed or are working on signing..." as meaning AT LEAST ONE confidentiality agrement HAS BEEN SIGNED, with others still being considered.

The signing of a CA is not in itself something requiring a PR, though they are sometime brought to the attention of shareholders in this way, but it is not common.  Besides. formal PRs are costly for tiny companies, so we may not hear more of this for now.   

For those looking for more new on this CA, be reminded that a CA does not mean the other company will do anything at all after seeing LBSRs confidential information, or if they do that they will act on that information in the short term.  Competition, however, may move all parties to act sooner than later. so the more CAs the better.
