If someone was using advanced knowledge of this PR to buy shares on last Friday's up market, they did not understand that this news would be received, at least initially, by the market as a non event.  Nothing charges, though perhaps some large investor, or two, who have been fence sitting over this issue MAY now be moved to take a position.

Indeed, I have been watching the cobalt market, and it is a dramatic story, which at present, is unheard of by mom and pop investor.  So the really hysterical buying of the product and the producers has not yet hit the market.  It also underscores the importance of drilling at Hay Mountain, but I will not look for any benefits until then (if ever).

But this is just the way I see it for now.  I will be happy to be proven wrong.
