Indeed, the surest way to encourage further postings from bashers is to validate what they are doing by responding to them.  Of course, one must firstly understand the difference between reasonable questioning of company business, and that which is intended to discolor shareholder attitudes in general. 

For my part, I make liberal use of the "ignore" button for bashers, and those who may be well intended, but whose postings make my brain hurt (having no decoder ring).
