You can file a complaint with Agoracom and ask that the posts you don't like be removed. One here does this often, and is sometimes successful at it.
I disagree with you in this case, however.
1) Some LBSR shareholders think, or want to believe that this company still has a relationship with NAK, or has a chance of again having a relationship, even if only as consultants on the Big Chuck claims.
2) As short seller attack such as just happened to NAK can happen to any company after a sharp price rise. If you are expecting LBSR will never be in that position, you should probably not be holding the stock.
In other words, knowledge is power, and may help some stay course when faced with a similar situation.
