One million is not that much money in the exploration business.

What I'm confused in is why don't some or all the BOD's pool the money together?

They have the most to gain with all the free shares they have, plus they already know all the data that LBSR has. To me this would be a no brainer.

Unless there is a SEC rule that states you cannot do that?
