As to the wider subject, one of the reasons to not to look for a NDA or NDAs is that few actually result in any work coming out of those reviews. I've never seen anything published on this, but I would guess that among North American companies going into NDAs, perhaps only 1 in 15 or 20 result in anything beyond desk reviews, if that. So, again I would say that entering 1, or 2, or 3 NDAs isn't much to get exicited about anyway, even it they can be limited to Hay Mountain alone. Further, and I could be wrong on this, but I think such reviews always, or usually involve data disclosures on a regional basis.
In other words, "Let me see all of what you have, and if anything interests me, I'll let you know, maybe."
...but anything's possible.
