True up to a point, but whether or not someone is willing to invest serious money may very well depend on who wins. I detest both candidates, but I suspect there are a handful of people waiting to see what the political climate will be. There may be a substantive difference between a Clinton EPA and a Trump EPA. If I had serious money, I might also stay on the sidelines until I knew what ground I was standing on.

So, while it is all about drilling, the money for drilling may hinge on the election results.
