I am probably making more mistakes in my calculations here, but here is what I would love to do if I had just $200,000. First I would buy $50,000 worth of LBSR on the open market. Let's say I paid .0025 and that would buy me 20 million shares. Then I would do a PP for $150,000. That should be enough for drilling. Which would result in a news release saying LBSR will start drilling. (I think my $150,000 plus whatever LBSR has--$40,000 or whatever-- should enable this). My hope would be that either a drilling announcement itself or early Niton indications would be enough to make the share price go uo to .04. Conservative estimate?
I would immiediately sell the 20 million I had for $800,000 (at .04) making a profit of $750,000. Which more than pays for my $150,000 PP. Leaves me some cash and, if I chose, some money to buy the warrants that came with the PP.
Now...does anyone have $200,000 I can borrow?
