I tried to send Lvargas a PM on this, but Agoracom still does not have their private messaging service functioning after many months now. That is, one can draft a message, but not send it - damn frustrating.
The point I want to make is, there can be some, usually minor, differences between a press release, and the terms actually expressed within a privage offering as received by those who express interest in it. That's part of why it's called a private offering. The details of the terms beyond the press release are private, and the company (or any company doing this) is not obliged to communicate with the public in regards to that which is private.
...not saying I known anything about what is going on here, only citing things I've gleened from being in and around the mining business for more decades than I want to count.
As always in this business, patience is required, and the impatient should not be here. I will add too that I think things will be coming to a head here sooner than some realize, for good or bad - a climax, if you will (again, for good or bad).
All in my opinion, of course.
