Can you ask LBSR Mangament that in their 06/03/2016 News Release about the
Private Placement they stated that the total offering is for a maximum amount of
$2 million and the offering will remain open until the $2 million hs been raised or TWO
months have been transpired, whichever comes first.

Today is 9/15/2016 about 3 an half months after of this news release.
Maybe they should say here that the PP will remain open until the $2 millions are raised
instead.

When this PP offering will really ends or finish is my question again.
