There is little competition for drill rigs in AZ at this time, and that is not about to change suggenly. Besides, I think we are talking about special equipment designed to minimize the human impact on "virgin?" land, meaning even less demand than one would normally expect. I say that because most of the drilling I've witnessed has been on and/or adjacent to producing - or historically producing - locations, where concerns over damage to flora and fauna are very much less than on old "wild" range land.
