It's very hard to know what's going on with China's copper markets, let alone anything else they are into. Shall we talk about transparency?

What few know, or care to recognize is the China's military is an entity unto itself. That's right, it does not reply on taxes or money printing from the central government. It owns and operatates it's own businesses, buying, selling, trading at will to pay it's own operating? costs. The central government has "state owned enterprises", but so too does the military, and it reports to no one.

Be assured it is not trying to take over control of shipping in the South China Sea for benevolent reasons. But in speaking of copper...
