Message: 150,000 dollars to start drilling?

I believe so, if that's what's being said, though some may want to argue with what the law allows. Before reading the following, understand that laws, particularly securities laws, are written by attorney, for attorneys, and with intent to leave others perplexed - it's just good business if you practice law.

Being that my few law classes were related to labor issues, I can't say for certain, but it looks to me as if LBSR can start drilling as soon as they have whatever the driller requires to get started, be that 150,000 or something less. ...and the company retains the option to extend the offering period too, if the full 2 million takes longer than originally thought. Niton on the first core samples, however, could well mean no extension will be required. Wait 'n see.
