Given these are anonymous message boards, anyone can say almost anything at any time, and they often do. Whether or not what is posted is true is another matter.

Is anyone controlling/monitoring/policing such disclosures? Not that I know of, and if anyone is doing so, I doubt they have any authority to do anything about it.
