Investors want to keep what they have and make it grow, not put it at risk in what is nearly tantamount to gambling.

LBSR, and in regards to Hay Mountain at this time, requires the interest of sophisticated speculators. LBSR stock and/or partnership interests can't be considered an investment until it is producing ore at a profit for a sustained period of time wirhin a stable or rising market for metals. Util then, buying or owning this stock is speculation.
