What I can guess at is that most of the cost for a driller will be in equipment and labor, not fuel. Then, drilling Hay Mountain may not be a case where you should choose among the lowest of bidders, especially for the start of the program. Skill and long-term relations can pay dividends. ...not a time for cutting corners, in my opinion.
