Just wondering, but could not private money, or some portion of private money be contingent upon approval of this other arrangement? I'm not guessing that this is the case, but it could add a bit of security for private funders in that they would know money is available from some other source for keeping the lights on (while their money goes directly into drilling).

That's something I might as for, were I placing big funds here. Also, might it not be possible that some other news is being withheld pending the lifting of the "quiet period"?

Having said these things, I agree about not getting frothy over these things.
