Thanks, Willy. Can't find out much about Cannon, except that they are an explorer with interests in Central and South America (and I can't find details on their projects).

As an explorer, they too need to drill/advance something, so it appears ND may be doing what others have been doing as an option to trying to advance mega deals - get some cash flow going quickly by expoiting smaller projects.

I'm guessing, of course, but why else would ND seem to be taking up in Latin America unless being driven there by our EPA in Alaska, and a sour financial market for mega projects?

Anyway, and in some cases, money seems to be there for these smaller plays. Maybe for LBSR too.
