A followup question, based on the infographic:

My first question was about the relationship of what we know about Hay Mountain to what we know about other copper porphyrys in the region and their shallow oxidized "tops".

If I find the answer to my first question persuasive, then what is the smallest reasonable amount of money that can be spent to significantly strengthen the conjecture that there may be shallow mineable copper oxide ore at Hay Mountain? What would be the next step?
