As to paying the ask price, that depends on one's goals, and experience in this sector. Pay up and forget about it, or try to capitalize on price swings, maybe to accumulate more shares.

Look, if you can buy at .0015 and sell at .0020, you only have to do that three times to double your holdings in your trading account - taxes and fees not included. This is separate from what one may have in "core' holdings, no pun intended.
