This is a very well-written op-ed from a Senator that I generally don't even like. I agree with Sen. Murkowski and support her efforts here. Ultimately, as discussed in previous posts, it is legislation such as she is referring to that puts hard restrictions on the EPA and other agencies that will in theory keep future administrations from running wild.
