Your "take-away" from the meeting summary is exactly what I got from having been there, minus a few things related to market conditions, and some observations about mining in general in SE Arizona (including what a few other enterprises may be doing or intending).

Overall, I get it that there is more at play here than can be gleened from a casual review of generally available information, but that's just me, and I am biased, and buying too at these levels.
