"A shallow copper/gold target being acquired would be exciting. Copper has projected long term supply issues and Gold may just come to life with globaldebt tensions and an election cycle tension just beginning. Consider that solid strategy on both sides of the ball if a promising property can be brought to life via LBSR acquisition.

HM shallow drilling has to have been their angle all along. They have talked about the shallow targets for over a year in NRs. Sure they traveled around seeking a big deal, but why would anyone bite when your data suggests a cheaper, shallow program is what makes sense. I believe all they would need is a few dozen 500-1000 ft holes to define target. Again, targeting high grade copper, as in past shallow deposits in the region.

In my opinion, fireworks (exciting times) are approaching. The implied strategy is very sound and you have a director making cash outlays and a financialoutfit making a solid commitment the past 6+ months and into the future. Sure the dilution has been at a heavy rate this year, but it is slowing and debt levelsare very nil comparatively. The new S-1 is controlled by LBSR and Tangiers discount not that steep at all.

The stage is set for a quick recovery in share price with a potential for solid strengthening during a drill program(s) and explosive upside on high grade discovery... "
