G4G, are you assuming that Argoracom and Ihub, and any other stock chatter message board automatically post public filings? That is not so. Some of the members of such boards get notices by signing up for them via various other services, or by doing daily scans at SEC Web site.

As to this particular filing, why do you seem surprised? ...doesn't mean that all the (proposed) new shares will be sold, nor under those terms and conditions. In other words, nothing has changed. This is "no news news", IMO.
