I agree with your comment. If you see this, Alan Greenspan sees this, and Janel Yellen sees all this coming...maybe we can get an investor in HM to see this too...and soon while they may be able to get more for there money now rather than later.

Maybe the question is "why can't we get an investor to see this? I don't know.
