Surprising that you beat Agoracom in posting this. Your quick!
As to your comment, I would not expect LBSR to sell shares to advance Hay Mountain. And when they begin selling large blocks of these new shares, I certainly hope we are well beyond a penny a share.
Geez, look at our Hay Mountain neighbor, TMBXF. Today their capitalization reached 3.67 million dollars. LBSR is a mere 1.81 million. ...makes no sense, unless the market is just fearful and misunderstanding of the coming additional share dilution, a fear I don't think will last.
Hey, value is about capitalization, which stems from both real AND percieved risk, perceived risk being judgemental. IMO, and at this point in time, the real risks are greater with TMBXF than in LBSR, so I would think "our" capitalizaion should be higher than theirs.
If the market eventually changes it's opinion, and only brings the captalization of both companies to the same level (based on present outstanding shares), then LBSR should be worth $0.004, or 135 percent higher than today, more if the market begins to believe, as I do, that LBSR has a lot more going for it.
Certainly, too, a deal of Hay Mountain will push the value into the pennies, perhaps to as much as a nickel. Then at least triple that on an announcement concerning discovery (should that happen).
That's the time to be selling extra shares in earnest to finance our own projects, IMO.
Anyway, that's the way I see it.

[Geez, I have a very quick bit of business I have to take care of in Tucson early in July. Too bad I will need to make a second trip there on the 15th, but I'm more eager for that event that the first one. Still easier than a visit to San Diego, which I do often. ...sorry, quite off topic - social chatter.]
