New buyers in this sector, or do you mean "new" as in returning shareholders?

IMO, new buyers anywhere in the exploration mining sector are exceedingly rare at this time. There will have to be a very strong move upward in metals prices, or a world shaking new discovery to bring in new buyers, at least from what I've learned in nearly 40 years of participation here.
