By these postings, what I most want to get across is how zinc may be about to eclipse Dr. Copper in importance to this market sector (or may at least come close to doing so).
In that zinc can be present in larger volumes in porphyry deposits than copper, this is not insignificant to our concerns.
Remember that long ago comedy series on TV, Taxi? I did not watch it regularly, but I recall part of one episode where the hangaround - I forgot his name - had a hot investment idea - he was going to make a fortune.
When he was asked what it was, he said, "Zinc"!
I don't often find sitcoms all that humorous, but I laughed out loud at that. Within moments, I also wondered if zinc would ever be unfunny. Now it isn't.
