LBSR is looking for a partner to get started in developing at Hay Mountain (and other areas). For the sake of this discussion, let's assume we are hoping for $50M from this partner.
At our current share price, someone could buy all 910M shares for about $3M. Of course, a lot of us would never sell at that price. But suppose someone offered a nickle a share. That would mean they could buy all outstanding shares for less than $50M.
How many of us would be really tempted to sell, at least part of our holdings, for $0.05. All someone would need to control LBSR would be half the shares, which would cost about $25M.
Do we have enough hard-core shareholders to keep this from happening Is there a shareholder list somewhere
