I'm sure the company has an idea about how may potetial investors can follow through on their expressions of interest. That said, it may not be possilbe to know when a deal may be concluded, though lots of overly spirited shareholders were looking for a deal unreasonable soon after the trip to Manila, if not during that time.
I think the last PR was more about letting a large segment of underinformed investors know that getting a deal in this environment is tuff - a geology pun, sorry - and that they are doing all they can. If and when a deal is concluded, then management will look all that more heroic.
BTW, TMBXF closed flat today, but on what would be the equivalent of 75 million LBSR shares !!!!
