hit another new all time low this morning. Seems as if the market has lost faith that their partner will ever have the cash they promised. It's all riding on whether or not they collect on a law suit in the Slovak Republic. The suite is won for a billion dollars, but collecting on it is the issue now.

Reminds me of the international lawsuits won by mining companies and other against the government of Venezula, who refuse to pay, though the issue in Slovakia is not against the govenment.
