SE Arizon neighbor, Nord Resources, is at new all time low this morning.
As a reminder, while Nord is/was a copper producer, they are in receivership. Anyone who buys the common stock under these conditions is speculating that there will be salvage value enough here pay off creditors, preferred stock holders (if any), pay attorneys, and then have something left over for common stock holders when assets are liquidated.
There are people who look to speculate in situations just such as this, but I'm not among them. Having said that, the processing facilities at Johnson Camp, on an Interstate highway and mainline railroad will be invaluable to the revival of mining activity in SE Arizona.
Hmmm! ...wonder if LBSR could buy it with cash flow from NPSP?
