Combining Classic Mineral Exploration with State of the Art Technology
I think what Leif wrote is a reposting from about 4-5 weeks ago, but as to whatever negative things may be said about Mueller on the other board - I haven't seen them - those can not be founded in fact.
1) He, Mueller, has a patented, proprietary process for extracting ore from breccia pipes;
2) This means that while he may have earlier had a prototype, or two, he may not have had machines enough to begin commercial extractions when his company and LBSR entered their preliminary agreement. I would guess that these machines are now being manufactured/assembled.
And does that not make good business sense, that one would not build machinery until it can be put to use, nor close a deal (as the buyer) before an income stream can be anticipated?
Everything LBSR mentioned about the deal with Mr. Mueller's company suggested that it would take time to pull all of the necessary resources together to begin production, and that Genesis would be in no rush to complete the deal before THEY are ready, which would be June or later.
Personally I have no doubts that this deal will close, none at all. We just can't know precisely when. LBSR is ready, of course, but Genesis isn't (for now).
BTW, I've done about as much DD on Mueller and Genesis as can be done by an experienced researcher on a simple PC, and came up with absolutely nothing negative. The only bits of information that could in any way be streched into possibly being suggestive of negativity were changes of address, changes of registration, expired licenses and similar records of absolutely no consequence.
In summary, and unlike the backgrounds of annonymouns posters who claim to know more than they do, Mr. Mueller's credentials as an engineer and patent holder are real.
In this matter, I'll go with the facts, and not the unfounded speculations (whatever those may be).
