I don't know for sure what is going on, but I suspect that at least a significant portion of this huge sell-off and subsequent cratering in PPS is due to capitulation. I see no other explanation for it. It is truly insane. Some people really don't belong in any sort of market investing.

For all the reasons stated recently by VP and others, there is every reason to believe that everything is coming together, pieces falling into place. To sell now in such volume is either incredibly STUPID or with a different agenda in mind to drive down the price. I don't know if there could be enough people to conspire to sell that many shares at once for such a steep discount, so I tend to think it is panic and lack of any sort of wisdom and patience.

Having said all that, and knowing that the current price is completely not reflective of what is really going on, I worry that VP is correct about being difficult to recover PPS after something like this. I do, however, think and sense that something good is going on behind the scenes and a news release will change much. It was never realistic, by the way, for anyone to expect a deal in hand coming back from Manila, so if that was the source of someone's selling tantrum I think they will rue what they just did. I picked up another 250,000 shares out of it at .005. I believe that their loss is my gain.
