Besides the hoped-for income from NPSP deal, I wish the company would come up with some kind of fire sale price on Silver Bell and get some cash. Consider it like a spin-off that huge corporations do to focus on a certain business. With NPSP royalties, a deal soon (let's hope) on TSP and Big chunk in the back pocket for long-term purposes, cash is a priority here. IMO.
