Combining Classic Mineral Exploration with State of the Art Technology
Robber's Roost looks to be on claims long held by TMBXF near Hay Mountain, and noted as a good target by ZTEM flown some 4 years ago. This however, makes for a good segway for reminding others that JB has many targets in mind - supported by ZTEM - upon which LBSR does not yet have claims. Money is the issue, as staking/filing/maintaining new claims ain't exactly free.
While finding a parter for Hay Mountain or some other prospect is very important, such is not likely to include any cash for covering the company's operating costs. Getting the deal closed with Genesis will allow LBSR not only the luxury of covering operating costs, but will allow funds for acquiring additional claims, and advancing some parts of other works.
To my thinking, then, closing the deal on NPSP is far more critical than many may be thinking. After all, that would take the pressure off the need to find a partner for Hay Mountain (or some other property), and remove the overhanging prospects of the need for further costly dilution(s). ...and as suggested yesterday, the deal will bring vidication, and a new perception of legitimacy in quarters where the company had not previously been taken seriously.
I can see from this LBSR becoming the new darling of popular mining analysts and news letter writers. I am, therefore, pulling for the NPSP deal to close sooner than later - more important in the short run than promotional trips to other parts of the globe.
