On 1/19, I asked if the S-1 money will still be used only for day-to-day operations. Part of the LBSR response was that this was still the case, and that the S-1 "allows us to target when (or even if) we need cash by requiring us to put an order." Since then on the other board, ElisComing has shown 2 or 3 times how many new shares have been released. Many, many. Does this mean the company was overly optimistic by saying (or even if)"? Or are these recently released 10s of millions of shares part of a previous S-1? Which might be even worse. Usually positive on LBSR, always positive about the mineral part of it. You'll have to excuse me for getting a little puzzled by all the new dilution and what it means.
Remember in asnwering that I am not one of the vermin. Just a concerned real shareholder.
