Seems like we are at a point that news on a financing deal for HM, or a JV at North Pipes or one of our other properties are the only things that are going to move the share price up. Before we could get news of a discovery at HM, or a good ZTEM report, or a settlement with NAK. and that would help relieve dilution pressure on the share price. Are we now at the stage, probably the most difficult stage, that the only thing that will move us up is a JV and or financing deal?
