"Are we now at the stage, probably the most difficult stage, that the only thing that will move us up is a JV and or financing deal?"

Hi, Blue. Thanks for the kind words. ...just thinking out loud, and hopefully to the benefit of others too.

Of course a JV would be a BIG kicker, but in the kind of market I think is unfolding for natural resources - not including hydrocarbons at present - stocks like LBSR can move 300-750 percent in a year ON NO NEWS. Historically speaking, that's what can happen in a bull market for just about any explorer, even those holding claims most professionals would consider as little more than "moose pasture". LBSR asbsolutely, positively has a lot more going for it than "moose pasture", so it should do better than that even without further progress at Hay Mountain, or elsewhere within it's holdings.

And as I've suggested, something can always come out of left field, too, and odds for that are better for companies like this that have so many targets spread over several project areas.

As for further dillution, it is highly likely to happen even with a partner at Hay Mountain or elsewhere.

After the company has a partner, and the PPS is better, wouldn't you like to see a financing so that the company could move forward on one or more of it's own projects as a 100 percent owner? I would.
