VP - any ME visit, along with the mining "school" would have been significant since previously announced in detail. I presume any tour would be for funding but since generalized my guess it was domestic interests only. Sure, HM needs multiple phase funding and planning. Disappointingly, the funding and drilling seems to be delayed again for Phase 1.
